I had possesion and public recorded good title and deed to this house and Broward Sheriffs Deputies(Florida) say no you cant have it.They turn a civil matter into criminal matter. They conficated my origanal county recorded deeds and other legal documents, aresst me and for trespassing and charge me with simulating a fraudlant process, grand theft and burglury of my property. BSO gives possesion to a realitor who admitts he is not the owner. The realitor removed and distroried ALL of my families houshold goods and possesions from my childrens baby teeth to my car a 94 crown vic and had them dispossed of. My family and I wife two kids 8 and 11 are left in ruins. BSO refused to give full faith and credit to the public record as mandated by suprem law of the land. Denies there oath of office and duty to uphold my lawful rights as a property owner.
